Every aspect of your stay is included in our prices – meals, accommodation, all programs, activities, meeting space… everything. There are no hidden fees or costs. Our fees are per person, so you only pay for the number of people you register. At the time of booking, we ask for a guaranteed minimum number. As long as you meet this number, you are all set.

1. Bring More People

• If you bring more than 50 people, you will receive $3 off the per person price.
• If you bring more than 80 people, you will receive $4 off the per person price.
• If you bring more than 100 people, you will receive $5 off the per person price.

2. Bring Another School

• If you Bring Another School, you will receive 20% off per person in your group. (Conditions Apply)

3. Apply For Grants

• There are some fantastic field trip grants out there for schools, religious groups and other civic organizations - you just need to look around. We have developed a list of foundations that provide grant money specifically for school students to attend field trips, environmental educational programs and other educational programs for schools.
• We can even help you apply for grants!

4. Help Your Students/Guests Save For Their Field Trip

• Payment plans can be set up within the school/groups for families, even a couple of years out. If parents are able to make smaller payments over longer periods of time, then the trip becomes more affordable. For example, a $120 program spread over 10 monthly payments is only $12 per month, per student. This is much more affordable than say two payments of $60. It means the school/group may have to plan the trip over a year in advance, but this will make it more affordable for everyone.

5. Good Old-Fashioned Fundraising

• There are some pretty fun ways students/participants can become responsible for raising their own funds (with a little assistance from you, of course!). Why not help your students organize one of these activities:
  • Faculty Car Wash Day
  • Reading sponsorship - Dollars raised per book completed
  • Healthy Food Fundraiser Ideas from the Parent-Teachers' Association
  • Other typical food fundraisers - Cookie Dough, Pizzas, Candy

6. Develop A School District – Local Business Partnership

Our programs are of the highest quality. It's true that you may find lower prices out there, but we can assure you that when prices are too low, quality certainly suffers.
