New Staff Application - If you have never worked for Camp Becket, you will need to supply three references.

Assistant Counselor Application - If you have just completed your LIT summer, you will need to supply three references.

Returning Staff Application - If you have previously worked for Camp Becket, You will need to supply two references.

Staff Reference Form, this is the same form for everyone.

If you are a prospective International Staff member, we ask that you register with an international counselor agency such as: Camp Leaders or CCUSA.
Then get in touch with us so that we may interview you.

Certification Week - June 2 (Lifeguard Training and Wilderness First Aid)
Work Week - June 9 (All Program Staff and Volunteer Counselor Work Crew)
Staff Week - June 15 (All Summer Staff)
Staff Departure - August 18 (All Summer Staff)

Camp Becket hires about 150 seasonal staff for a period of 10-11 weeks during the months of June, July, and August.

Counseling Staff

We hire about 70 counseling staff who work with 8 or 9 campers and a co-counselor. Counselors live with campers in cabins, lead cabin activities, and also teach afternoon activities.

Program Staff

Our Program Staff consists usually of 30-40 new and returning staff. Some join us from other states, recommendations from friends, or from other countries. Program Staff make-up the specialty areas in camp and include:
