Meal Service

We serve three meals a day in our fabulous dining halls. Each meal is served hot and is nutritionally balanced and includes alternatives for vegetarians, vegans and those with allergies. Read on to learn more about each meal:

Breakfast

•  A full, hot breakfast
•  A breakfast bar with yogurt, fresh fruit, granola/cereals & other healthful options
•  Oatmeal
•  Bagels with cream cheese, toast and jam
•  A hot vegetarian option
•  Orange juice, iced water, milk, and tea & coffee

Lunch

•  A full, hot lunch
•  A salad bar with at least 15 items and a variety of dressings
•  A piece of fruit
•  A hot vegetarian option
•  A peanut butter/sunflower butter alternative
•  Lemonade, iced water, milk, tea & coffee

Dinner

•  A full, hot dinner
•  A salad bar with at least 15 items and a variety of dressings
•  A delicious dessert
•  A hot vegetarian option
•  A peanut butter/sunflower butter alternative
•  Hot chocolate, iced water, milk, tea, coffee

Evening Snack

S'Mores, brownies, cookies or another delicious snack will be available for every guest during the evenings - at around 9pm.

24 Hour Tea, Coffee & Milk

On demand hot water and coffee are available 24 hours in the Dining Hall. There's always a variety of teas you can choose from as well.

Meal Levels and Upgrades

Every program package (weddings excluded) includes either Two Star Meals or Three Star Meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. If your group would like to add items to your meal, create more elaborate meals generating a variety of options for your group, or choose the menu and have specific needs or desires, you can opt for a meal upgrade.

Prices vary, but typical options are:

• $10 per person, per meal for a Four Star Meal Upgrade 
• $20 per person, per meal for a Five Star Meal Upgrade.
