The
following are a sampling of activities which will be offered
during Womens Wellness Weekends: Snowshoeing, Cross-country
Skiing, Yoga, Massage, Crafts, Climbing, Kayaking, Canoeing,
Hiking and more!
Additional activities will also be offered
throughout the weekend. A confirmation packet with more information
will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration.
*Massage sessions require and additional
fee and advanced registration.
Delicious and nutritious meals are served
family-style in the Dining Hall. Vegetarian options and salad
bar are available at lunch and dinner. |
