The CCC Food Service Staff, comprising of Tom Marshalek, Director, and Senior Staff Mik Monti & Keith Sharp - pulled off quite the amazing achievement over the past 18 months. They cooked and served

hot meals in the CCC Arts Center and Dining Tent, from our temporary kitchen, between January 2005 and June 2006.
The temporary kitchen, made from three tractor trailers, was the workplace for these three staff until today.
We appreciate the hard work and dedication of Tommy, Mik and Keith, & the wonderful seasonal staff that work with them throughout the year.
