As a charitable organization, the Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA is dependent upon contributed dollars to maintain the quality of our programs and facilities. Gifts to the Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA help provide camperships, fund programs, improve facilities, support program and staff development and assist in creating other exceptional leadership opportunities for staff and campers worldwide. While Camp Becket and Chimney Corners Camp both offer high quality programs, the tuition remains far lower than comparable camps in the northeast and covers only a portion of the cost of programs and related services. Gifts and income from past endowments make up the difference.

Check — The most widely used form of making a gift to the Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA. Checks made payable to Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA may be mailed to the Development and Alumni Relations Office

Stocks — A wonderful way to make an increased gift, avoid capital gains, and receive a tax benefit. Highly appreciated stocks offer alumni an easy way to make a larger gift than one may think possible. Email development@bccymca.org for instructions to make a gift of stock.

Credit Cards — MasterCard and Visa are most welcome forms of giving. Donors may make one gift or several monthly charges to make a special total gift. The Development and Alumni Relations Office can set up installment charges, if so desired.

Planned Gifts — Planned gifts often enable donors to maximize taxes, increase income and make a substantial gift to the Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA.

In addition to personal donations, you may be able to identify sources of foundation support, corporate matching gifts and others.
