Connecticut via I-91 (Hartford)

  1. Travel Time: 1 hour 20 minutes (from Hartford)           
  2. Travel Distance: 65 miles          
  3. Pick up I-91 North toward Springfield (Travel 31.1 miles from Exit 51)
  4. Take Exit 14 - Mass Pike
  5. Merge onto I-91 Mass Pike (Toll) Westbound (towards Albany) (5.9 miles)
  6. Take Exit 3 Westfield
  7. Turn Right onto US Rte 202 and follow it through Westfield (1.9 miles)
  8. Turn Right onto US Rte 20 West
  9. Travel West on US Rte 20 until you reach MA Rte 8 (22.8 miles)
  10. Turn Right onto MA Rte 8 and follow for 1.5 miles
  11. Turn Left onto YMCA Rd (Big, White Church) (0.3 miles)
    • Veer Left for Chimney Corners and the Administration Center
    • Veer Right for Camp Becket

Travel Time: 1 hour 44 minutes (from Danbury)

  1.  Pick up I-84 East (Travel 26.4 miles from Danbury)
  2. Take Exit 20 (Left Exit)
  3. Merge onto CT Rte 8 North and travel past Torrington and through Winsted (52.5 miles)
  4. Just after the town of Otis MA (and the Chicken Farm), look for Werden Rd on the Right (1.3 miles)
  5. Turn Right from Werden Road onto US Rte 20 E
  6. Follow US Rte 20 East (3.6 miles)
  7. Turn Left following MA Rte 8 at Bonnyrigg Campground, and follow for 1.5 miles
  8. Turn Left onto YMCA Rd (Big, White Church) (0.3 miles)
    • Veer Left for Chimney Corners and the Administration Center

  4. After 4.6 miles Cross County Parkway E becomes Hutchinson River Parkway N (8 miles)
  5. Take I-684 N towards Brewster (28.2 miles)
  6. Merge onto I-84 E towards Danbury/Waterbury (34.4 miles)
  7.  Take Exit 20 (Left Exit)
