The Chimney Corners Camp Food Service is run by Mik Monti, the Food Service Director. Mik and his carefully selected team produce over 12,000 meals per summer. Campers enjoy a variety of kid-friendly meals. Some camper-favorites are pizza, chicken Caesar salads, souvlaki, pasta with 3 sauce choices, and burritos. The food service staff ensures that whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruit and lean protein are incorporated into meals and will work with children and their families who are challenged by food allergies and other restricted diets. Meals are prepared by a dedicated team of food service staff, and always include a vegetarian option, a salad bar at every lunch and dinner, and a fruit and cereal bar at every breakfast. All meals are served buffet style in our new beautiful Dining Hall.
Our Dining Hall is filled with round tables of campers singing and laughing at each meal. Flags hang from the ceiling, representing many of our international staff. The Food Service Team work hard to prepare an exciting menu throughout the summer, including a cookout each week.
